The Challenge

UpliftCare approached TAK Devs at the idea stage—with no technical architecture, no defined roadmap, and an ambitious three-month launch deadline to secure investors and pilot clinics. They needed a partner capable of transforming a concept into a fully functional, compliant MVP; designing a multi-portal system for patients, therapists, and institutions; building real-time video, chat, payments, and verification workflows; and delivering a HIPAA-ready platform at startup speed without compromising quality.

UpliftCare and TAK Devs shared the vision of combining human-centered product design with enterprise-level engineering discipline to reimagine digital healthcare delivery.
