The Challenge

In 2024, Agentic AI was a new and largely undefined concept. RegioKI set out to help SMEs build and deploy their own AI applications without coding, using pre-verified components for NLP, OCR, Vision, Speech, and LLM chains. They faced challenges including defining the architecture for an Agentic AI ecosystem, developing a secure multi-tenant SaaS for enterprises and individuals, managing complex AI API orchestration, creating AI app verification and publication workflows, and ensuring alignment with enterprise-level security and GDPR standards.
