Key Responsibilities:
- Create posts, case studies, blogs, and carousels for LinkedIn and other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage multi-platform social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Coordinate with designers for visuals, decks, and marketing materials.
- Support proposals, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral.
- Prepare branding and communications for international tech events (e.g., LEAP Riyadh, Web Summit).
- Track performance (reach, engagement, inbound signals) across platforms and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in marketing, branding, or communications (preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI).
- Strong English writing and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn and other social media platforms, Canva/Figma, and content creation.
- Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Sciences, or related field.
- Candidates with English, IT/Computer Science, or Design degrees plus proven marketing skills are welcome.
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or LinkedIn/Social Media Marketing are a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- SEO basics, analytics, or paid ads.
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Loom).
- Exposure to international B2B tech/AI marketing.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- 6 – 8 high-quality posts/case studies per month.
- Growth in followers & engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Consistent, branded sales materials.
- Marketing support for 4–5 events annually.
- Contribution to inbound leads/month
